We provide transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly charters, wine tours, and city tours. Specific details of each service, including pricing and availability, will be provided at the time of booking.

 

2. Reservations and Bookings

  • Booking: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Erra Mn Inc.
  • Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times, number of passengers, and any special requests.
  • Modifications: Modifications to a booking may be possible, but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. 
  • No-Shows: Failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up location and time will be considered a no-show and will result in the full fare being charged.

 

3. Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price, unless changes are made to the reservation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
  • Payment Due: the customer is required to pay the full amount for the service as soon as they make their reservation, and again once the service is finished.
  • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at your discretion.

 

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of service.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal drugs, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Damage to Vehicle: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
  • Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are visibly intoxicated and may pose a danger to themselves or others.

 

5. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Erra mn inc. is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
  • Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.

 

6. Vehicle Availability

While we make every effort to provide the vehicle you booked, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions2 to the extent that such failure or delay is caused3 by a Force Majeure event, such as an act of God, war, terrorism, riot, embargo, act of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
