- Booking: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and Erra Mn Inc.
- Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times, number of passengers, and any special requests.
- Modifications: Modifications to a booking may be possible, but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear at the scheduled pick-up location and time will be considered a no-show and will result in the full fare being charged.
3. Payment
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price, unless changes are made to the reservation.
- Payment Methods: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Payment Due: the customer is required to pay the full amount for the service as soon as they make their reservation, and again once the service is finished.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at your discretion.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Respectful Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of service.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal drugs, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Damage to Vehicle: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
- Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are visibly intoxicated and may pose a danger to themselves or others.
